eBikeGo’s Sustainability Commitment: Planting 1 Million Trees by 2025
In a bold move to combat climate change, eBikeGo has pledged to plant 1 million trees by 2025 as part of its sustainability initiative. For every electric scooter sold, the company will plant a tree in collaboration with local environmental organizations. “We want to make a tangible impact, beyond just reducing emissions,” said Rahul Kapoor, CEO. Customers can also track the progress of the initiative through a dedicated portal, which includes detailed updates on planting sites and their environmental impact.
A Partnership for the Planet
The tree planting initiative is not just a corporate promise—it’s a collaboration between eBikeGo and several reputable environmental organizations around the world. For every electric scooter sold, the company will plant one tree in carefully selected areas, focusing on regions in need of reforestation or urban greening efforts. These projects will range from local urban parks to large-scale reforestation campaigns in areas impacted by deforestation. “Our mission is to create a lasting, positive impact on the planet. We want to make a tangible contribution beyond just reducing carbon emissions,” said Rahul Kapoor, CEO of eBikeGo.
One of the most exciting aspects of this initiative is the transparency and visibility it offers to eBikeGo customers. Every rider who purchases an eBikeGo scooter will have the opportunity to track the progress of their contribution through a dedicated portal on the company’s website. The portal will provide real-time updates on planting sites, the total number of trees planted, and the environmental benefits of the reforestation projects.
